The defendant's chief complaint against his conviction is the failure of the court to charge that one of the prosecution's witnesses was an accomplice of the defendant, and that under the statute the testimony of an accomplice must be corroborated (see CPL 60.22). No request was made of the court for that charge by the defendant and no exception was taken by the defendant to the court's failure...
