PER CURIAM:

Appellant was convicted, by jury verdict, of robbery and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of that offense. Thereafter, he was given a 12-year sentence in the Nevada State Prison for the robbery, and an additional, consecutive 12-year sentence for his use of a deadly weapon. See NRS 193.165.
