On August 14, 1973, Peter J. Chiminiello petitioned the Probate Court that partition be made of land located partly in Quincy and partly in Braintree which, he alleged, he owned together with Mary E. Chiminiello as tenants in common. Two months later, on October 17, 1973, Mary brought a contempt proceeding against Peter on the ground that he was delinquent in obligations to make separate support payments imposed by a separate support order originally entered...
