The plaintiff-appellant is the special administrator of the estate of Elsie E. Trispel who died in December of 1974. Barbara Haefer, Kohl's Food Stores, Inc. and their respective insurers, Allstate and Continental Casualty Insurance companies are the defendants-respondents.
