HICKMAN, Justice.

Arthur Lee Cotton was convicted in the Desha County Circuit Court of raping two women, one of whom was Cotton's sister-inlaw. He was sentenced to ten years in the penitentiary on each count, the sentences to run consecutively.

On appeal Cotton alleges two errors: the court should have granted a continuance; and, substituted counsel should have been appointed. We find no error and affirm the judgment.
