A petition was filed in juvenile court alleging that appellant had committed simple battery, a "delinquent act" under Code Ann. § 24A-401 (e) (2). After a hearing, appellant was found to be in a state of delinquency and committed to the Department of Human Resources. He appeals the trial court's adjudication of delinquency.
