Appellee finance company executed and filed an affidavit of foreclosure on personal property which was secured by appellants' promissory note and bill of sale to secure debt. Appellants answered and alleged among other things that the promissory note was void as it was made in violation of the Georgia Industrial Loan Act. Code Ann. Ch. 25-3. The parties stipulated to the facts which included the terms of the note which was to be repaid in 24 months...
