On January 12, 1975, plaintiff-appellant, Sherry L. White, while a passenger in an automobile driven by Richard Molyneaux, was involved in a collision with an automobile driven by defendant-appellee, Patricia J. Piles. Appellant suffered a shattered knee and a fractured knee joint. Subsequently, she filed suit naming Molyneaux and Piles as defendants.
