The Plaintiff charges that the Defendants' failure to notify him that the Pfizer Retirement Annuity Plan would be modified on July 1, 1975 in favor of employees like the Plaintiff constitutes a violation of the federal securities laws and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S. C.A. § 1001 et seq.
