Plaintiffs obtained a $15,500 jury verdict for property damage and lost rent for injury to their trailer court resulting from a fire which originated at defendants' fruit processing plant in Milton-Freewater on June 3, 1975. Both the company Stadelman Fruit, Inc., and the plant manager, Charles Robertson, were charged as defendants.
