Appleway Leasing, Inc., brought an action for unjust enrichment against Tomlinson Dairy Farms, Inc., for $8,000. The trial court denied relief and Appleway appeals.

The sole issue is whether, under the circumstances of this case, Appleway's agent had the authority to bind it to an agreement with the Dairy Farms.
