On April 12, 1976, respondent All American Life and Casualty Company filed a complaint for fraud praying for $92,000 in damages and $10,000 in punitive damages. The complaint named appellant Rae, David Lee Edwards, Investors Associates, Inc. and Rae and Edwards doing business as Investors Associates.
