OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

Plaintiff, the former wife of the defendant, brought suit to obtain a judgment based on the defaulted provisions of a property settlement agreement heretofore entered into between the parties. The trial court rendered judgment in money damages for the plaintiff, from which the defendant appeals.
