This suit is for judgment on two promissory notes and foreclosure of a mortgage which secured the indebtedness evidenced by the notes. The chancellor found the appellants, who were the makers of the notes, were in default, and a foreclosure sale was ordered. The appellants appealed to the Arkansas Supreme Court, alleging the chancellor erred in failing to grant a continuance...
