MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

HUYETT, District Judge.

Plaintiffs commenced this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. The complaint alleged that defendant discriminates against women in regard to employment, promotions and pay.
