OPINION

JAMES, Justice.

This is a workmen's compensation case. Pursuant to and in harmony with the jury verdict, the trial court entered a judgment that the Claimant take nothing, from which he appeals. We reverse and remand.

Claimant-Appellant Wardell Hicks was awarded recoveries upon three separate injuries by the Industrial Accident Board, one being a specific injury to his right foot, and the other two being general injuries to his lower back...
