Mrs. Reba Jean Bukszar seeks reversal of an order adjudging her guilty of indirect criminal contempt. After careful review, we find that her appeal has merit.

Mrs. Bukszar's husband filed a petition for dissolution of marriage on April 19, 1978, alleging that there were two children born of the marriage who were in the custody of Mrs. Bukszar. The petition asked that he be awarded the custody of the children. After a final hearing, the court...
