This is a consolidated appeal from district court decisions which held unconstitutional and enjoined enforcement of substantial portions of the Illinois Abortion Act of 1975 [1975 Act], Ill.Rev.Stat. ch. 38, §§ 81-21 et seq. (1976), and the Illinois Abortion Parental Consent Act of 1977 [1977 Act], Ill.Rev.Stat. ch. 38, §§ 81-51 et seq. (1978).1
