Appeal from partial summary judgment discharging plaintiffs' further liability on guaranties. We reverse and remand.

On February 3, 1972, Bruce-Burgess Printing Co. ("Bruce Printing") and Landmark Central Bank & Trust Co. ("Bank") entered into a loan agreement.
