Kerry L. Jackson sued Associated Developers of Lubbock and Don Osborne for personal injuries which he sustained in a fall on a steel spiral stairway located in a building owned by Associated Developers. Mr. Jackson was employed by a building tenant. The case was tried to a jury on negligence and contributory negligence issues.
