HOGAN, Judge.

A jury found defendant James Delbert Fingers, Jr., guilty of robbery in the first degree as defined and denounced by former § 560.120, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S.1 The Second Offender Act, former § 556.280, V.A.M.S., was found to be applicable, and defendant's punishment was fixed at imprisonment for a term of 18 years.
