On June 23, 1975 appellant was found guilty of murder of the third degree,1 and he was later sentenced to undergo imprisonment for not less than ten, nor more than twenty years. His conviction and sentence was affirmed by the Supreme Court in Commonwealth v. Ulatoski, 472 Pa. 53, 371 A.2d 186 (1977). Appellant subsequently filed a Post Conviction Hearing...
