The nine-year old plaintiff, while riding a bicycle on a public highway, was severely injured when struck by an automobile being driven by the defendant. The jury was justified in believing that the infant plaintiff deliberately attempted to cross this highway in front of the approaching vehicle, resulting in a collision that occurred nearly in the center of the highway.
