This is an appeal from a judgment entered January 17, 1977 in the county court for Waupaca County, the Honorable A. Don Zwickey, presiding. The case began as a small claims action commenced by Lualyn Gyldenvand for rent owed for pastureland. Tim Schroeder counterclaimed for damages arising from Mr. Gyldenvand's alleged misrepresentation as to the registration of certain cattle. The jury found that Mr. Schroeder sustained an out-of-pocket loss of $12,500. Judgment...
