Respondent, an architect employed by appellant to complete construction of the new Albany High School, was to prepare plans and supervise construction. The parties entered into a written agreement. On September 9, 1977, respondent submitted a final billing which included several extra items for which it requested payment. The extra items included extra planning and preparations, site and building design changes, and normal charges for on-site work, supervision and construction...
