IN INTEREST OF DOE

No. 6543.

598 P.2d 176 (1979)

In the Interest of John DOE Born on October 30, 1959, Juvenile-Appellant.

Supreme Court of Hawaii.

August 2, 1979.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Michael A. Weight, Honolulu (Weight & Ellsworth, Honolulu, of counsel), for juvenile-appellant.

Michael A. Lilly, Deputy Atty. Gen., Honolulu, for plaintiff-appellee.

Before RICHARDSON, C.J., OGATA and MENOR, JJ., and MARUMOTO and KOBAYASHI, Retired Justices assigned by reason of vacancies.

PER CURIAM.

Once again we have before us an appeal from an order of the Family Court waiving jurisdiction over a juvenile and transferring him to the circuit court for trial as an adult. The recurring issue in this case and other similar cases is the adequacy of a family court's order which consists only of conclusory statements and a mere recital of the statutory requirements. See State v. Stanley, 60 Haw. ___, 592 P.2d 422
