OPINION

MANUEL, J.

Plaintiff Bruce H. Kaufman appeals from orders of dismissal (see Code Civ. Proc., §§ 581d; 904.1, subd. (a)) entered after the trial court sustained, without leave to amend, the demurrers of defendants Gross & Company, Grorog & Company, and the City of Los Angeles to his first amended complaint for declaratory relief, unjust enrichment, "enforcement of civil rights," and to quiet title.
