A jury found defendant, Derrick Dandridge, guilty of the armed robbery and murder of Frank Clark. At a subsequent hearing, the trial court, without objection by the State, entered judgment notwithstanding the verdict as to the murder and acquitted defendant of that charge. The court entered judgment on the armed robbery verdict and sentenced defendant to 7 to 14 years. Defendant contends...
