Petitioner Clyde James Scarbrough challenges his state court conviction for robbery contrary to § 943.32(1), Wis.Stats., claiming that he was denied his right to a speedy trial as guaranteed by the sixth and fourteenth amendments to the United States Constitution. Petitioner is currently in the custody of the State of Wisconsin and has exhausted his state court remedies. See Scarbrough v. State,
