OPINION AND ORDER
SHEEHY, Justice.
Appellants appeal from judgment entered by the District Court, Eleventh Judicial District, Flathead County, on December 19, 1978 and from that court's order of May 23, 1979, denying appellants motion to amend findings of fact and conclusions of law. The chronology of events is as follows:
1. Respondents filed their complaint on November 9, 1978 which was duly served on the appellants on November 19, 1978.
