MASSEY, Chief Justice.

The case brought forward on appeal was a "rear-end collision case". A large truck owned by defendant Doyle Delaney and being driven by defendant Tommie Leon Delaney collided with the rear of the pickup owned and driven by plaintiff A. H. Roever. The collision occurred on a freeway in Fort Worth not far from one of the freeway exits. A large truck ahead of Roever had come to a stop...
