The sole assignment of error presented on appeal by the appellant carriers is that the Commission erred in its determination that the proposed rate increase by the carriers is a general rate increase, which finding would require the carriers to furnish information and fees in compliance with the requirements of G.S. 62-133 and G.S. 62-300 governing general rate cases and would require the Commission to hold its hearings in compliance with G.S. 62...
