Mount Helix General Hospital and Mel Gherardini, custodian of records, appeal an order granting a petition of the Division of Medical Quality of the Board of Medical Quality Assurance (Medical Board),1 commanding appellants to testify and produce hospital records and documents pertaining to five named patients.
