The appellant, Joshua McFadden, was convicted in the Criminal Court of Baltimore by a jury, presided over by Judge Robert L. Karwacki, of rape. Upon this appeal, he raises two contentions:

1) That the judge erred in refusing to ask two questions requested by the appellant on the voir dire examination of the jury; 2) That the judge erred in refusing...
