Plaintiff, as executrix for the estate of Larry M. Hawkins, brought an action against defendants alleging medical malpractice resulting in the death of Mr. Hawkins. Defendants brought a motion for accelerated judgment under GCR 1963, 116.1(5) on the ground that the claim was barred by the malpractice statute of limitations, MCL 600.5805(3); MSA 27A.5805(3).
