This is a suit brought by the beneficiaries of an express trust, Walter James Roberts and Willie Joseph Roberts, against the Corpus Christi Bank & Trust, executor of Dudley Jones, trustee, for an accounting; for the recovery of certain trust monies allegedly spent by the trustee in contravention of the trust instrument; for the recovery of other money belonging to the trust which the trustee had allegedly not paid to the beneficiaries...
