Appellant, Terry Felder, was indicted on charges of murder, voluntary and involuntary manslaughter and possession of an instrument of crime for stabbing his brother to death. During a motion to suppress on December 29, 1976, appellant, with counsel, entered a plea agreement by which he agreed to plead guilty to the charges of voluntary manslaughter and possession of an instrument of crime and the district attorney recommended a sentence of imprisonment...
