PER CURIAM.

In July of 1974, the defendant Thomas J. Riordan, Inc., entered into a contract with the state of Connecticut for the construction of an addition to the Norwalk State Technical College. Pursuant to the terms of that contract the defendant Aetna Casualty and Surety Company furnished a performance bond for the protection of persons supplying labor and materials.
