PER CURIAM:

On September 16, 1976, a jury found appellant, Ralph Michael Boccella, guilty of murder of the third degree and acquitted him of charges of murder of the first and second degrees and voluntary and involuntary manslaughter. After denying post verdict motions, the trial court imposed a sentence of imprisonment of 10 to 20 years and a fine of $1,000.00. Appellant contends that 1) the evidence was not sufficient to support the verdict; 2) dying declarations...
