This is a boundary case wherein both parties claim title to a parcel of land on the southwestern shore of Cousin's Island in Casco Bay. The matter was referred, and after a hearing the referee issued a report finding title to the disputed parcel to be in the defendant, Central Maine Power Company (Company), and not in the plaintiffs, Wesley A.
