Methislaus Szumski was injured when he fell from a temporary platform used to achieve passage to and from the front door of a dwelling house then under construction. At the time of the fall, Szumski and his son were doing the electrical and plumbing work pursuant to a contract with the owners, Andrew J. and Connie Miroslau. Szumski filed an action in trespass against Lehman Homes, Inc., another contractor who had put the temporary platform in place...
