This is an appeal from judgments of convictions for the crimes of burglary in the first degree and rape. We affirm.

An information was filed against appellant McCormick charging him with burglary in the first degree and rape. Trial was held thereon and a verdict of guilty in both charges was returned by the jury. Appellant had been twice previously convicted of the crime of robbery and was on probation at the time of the instant offenses...
