On this day, came on to be heard the government's Motion to Set Aside the Agreed Order Granting Thomas A. Robinson, Jr.'s Motion to Expunge Criminal Records. Thomas A. Robinson, Jr. was a defendant in this case until April 30, 1979, when the superceding indictment, in which he was named, was dismissed on the motion of the government. New information came to light indicating that Mr. Robinson was not, in fact, criminally culpable...
