PER CURIAM:

The appellant, Carrol M. Lynn, appeals from his conviction of one count of perjury before a federal grand jury1, 18 U.S.C.A. § 1623, two counts of obstruction of justice, 18 U.S.C.A. § 1503, and one count of extortion, 18 U.S.C.A. § 1951 (Hobbs Act). The indictment resulted from an extortion scheme and the appellant's attempt to conceal it.
