KERN, Associate Judge:

A jury found appellant guilty of murder in the first degree upon testimony that he shot and fatally wounded his cousin after an apparent argument occasioned by his use of the victim's car shortly before the shooting.

Appellant contends that the trial court and the attorney appointed to defend him violated his constitutional rights by both errors of omission and commission, so that he now is entitled either to a dismissal of the indictment...
