Appellant appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Greene County, Missouri, denying his motion under 27.26, V.A.M.R. to vacate, set aside, or correct his convictions of burglary and stealing. Appellant, on December 1, 1977, entered pleas of guilty to burglary in the second degree and to stealing in conjunction with the burglary. On January 4, 1978, appellant was sentenced to three years in the custody of the Division of Corrections on each count...
