Petitioner, American Cast Iron Pipe Company (ACIPCO), appeals from the decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board, pursuant to § 10(f) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq. The NLRB cross-appeals for enforcement of the order. For reversal petitioner argues that (1) the Board's finding that petitioner's Rules 27, 29 and 30, regulating the writing, making and distribution of statements by employees...
