On March 24, 1978, a warrant was issued for the search of Jeanne Koncir's residence on Lake Concordia, Louisiana. In executing the warrant later that night, law enforcement officers searched the named residence and an automobile parked in the driveway; they seized, inter alia, several pounds of marijuana and a large amount of cash.
