Plaintiffs have brought an action of mortgage foreclosure and defendants have filed preliminary objections in the nature of a motion to dismiss and in the nature of a demurrer. The basis for both is that plaintiffs have failed to comply with the requirements of the Act of January 30, 1974, P.L. 13, and specifically, with the provisions of 41 P.S. §403 and §404.
