In a 1963 divorce decree plaintiff Dorothy Bartlett was awarded custody of her two children, and defendant Malcolm Bartlett was ordered to pay $20 per week child support. In 1978, plaintiff instituted a contempt proceeding to collect unpaid support, and at the hearing which followed, plaintiff testified, inter alia, that defendant...
